RICH VS WEALTHY

RICH VS WEALTHY

It’s a popular connotation that we keep hearing since childhood. “I WANT TO BE RICH”. Who doesn’t want to? Or do you want to be WEALTHY. Confused? Let’s us dwell deeper.

“The Lexicon Webster Dictionary” defines “RICH” as having abundant material possessions; well supplied; abounding; producing abundantly; productive; wealthy. And “WEALTHY” is described as having wealth; affluent; opulent; ample; material possessions in all their variety; “a collective term for riches.”  Clearly, the lexicon doesn’t differentiate the two convincingly. Lets us rehash for better understanding.

A rich person is someone who has acquired resource in a short span of time and the resource will be depleted over a period of time as & when it’s used. A wealthy person has accumulated resource.

Imagine if you had an Aladdin’s lantern, and your genie makes you rich. What can you think of?  Fancy cars, palatial house, dine in swanky restaurant and visit diverse places. Now your genie is more considerate and he makes you wealthy, what will you ask for now? An upgrade of your previous materials viz., Sea-faced bungalow, Bentley/Ferrari, vacation in Las Vegas/Paris, dinning in Hotel Al-burj, Dubai.
The most important difference between the two is “ SUSTAINABILITY”.

70% of the lottery winner is bankrupt in within few years of winning the lottery. Assume that there are 10 million lotteries floated in the market with the 1st price being USD 1 Million. The probability that you buy the lottery and wins the first price is 1/10 million. After having won the lottery most of us will upgrade our life-style and increase our spending by at least 4 times. Suppose your annual expenditure was $ 25,000 and now $ 1, 00,000.  You will deplete the money is approx. 1000000/100000 = 10 years.  And the probability to win another lottery of the same amount after 10 years in negligible. You will remain rich for 10 years and then back to square one unless you do a good financial planning. In this case, money came in unexpectedly without having to work for it. In other words, you don’t know a sure short formula to earn $ 1 MN dollar consistently. Or you lack knowledge to do so. Same would be the case if you inherit a huge property from ancestor or you come-up with a break-through innovation.

On the other hand, a wealthy person has the knowledge and ability to produce that amount of money as his wishes to. The knowledge and skill he possesses is infinite. A wealthy person makes money work for him and rich works for money. A wealthy person can make money under any circumstances unlike a rich person. A wealthy person knows how to make money and a rich person only has money. Riches acquired over a period of time makes you wealthy. History is filled with people those who were rich vs those who were wealthy.

The estimated cost of building Taj Mahal was $200,000,000 in today’s currency. Shahjahan, the great emperor went bankrupt after constructing the Taj Mahal. Any guesses whether he was Rich or Wealthy?   On the contrary, we have the wealthiest person in world Today, Mr. Carlos Slim. Who would you want to be?

Wisdom combined with knowledge can create wealth for anyone who desires it. The easiest way to become wealthy is to learn everything about wealth-building. Then you can formulate strategies and work with your coach and generate piles of wealth. But acquiring knowledge is pre-requisite for becoming wealthy. Even if you get to become rich, the money will not last forever.

If you are not earning what you desire to earn, you need to learn the basics on investing in the right product/business and once you start generating income you will become rich and if you educate yourself of how to manage your business then you are on your way to become wealthy.

Sounds like a lot of work. But the good news is that someone has already figured out the way to do so. The right business, the right strategy, the right tool, the right coach, the right knowledge and more importantly the right investment are all in one place.  Luckily, I happen to stumble-upon before you. Hence, sharing my knowledge to ensure you are on the right path to success. Click on the below link to start the journey. Believe me I’m not sharing the knowledge because I care for you. But I care for myself. My mission is to show you the path and I have done that. Are you ready to choose the path to prosperity?

Is your decision Right......?

Is your decision Right?

Hello Friends,

A decision is a string of thought logically connected to arrive at a meaningful conclusion. The impact of any decision is realized after years. And the worst part is that it can never be reversed. The problem with decision-making is that we cannot decide what we want from life and hence we cannot decide what the right decision is. It’s like sitting on the driving seat of Ferrari in a foreign country where people speak foreign language. You have the power but don’t know how to apply it. The bottom line is that decision should be carefully and craft fully adopted.

I live in the city of dreams, Mumbai. Thousands of folks come here every day looking for a better future. Life in this city is always on the move. All modes of transports are jam packed with people from morning till late night. It’s difficult to judge whether this city gives back proportionately of what it takes from you. Before moving here, I was very skeptical of my decision. It’s all about survival of the fittest. Was it the right decision?
I don’t know.

An aspirational management student, who was popular for his quick-wit and on the toes thinking, had a dream. The dream was to earn and the motivation was a better life. As rightly said, over-confidence can be damaging. When the campus placement was in progress I rejected most of the opportunity on the pretext that something better was in store. Finally, I had come to the last day of the placement season. I had no choice but to accept the last offer.  Was my decision right? I don’t know as yet.

I was comfortably working with a newly started Micro Finance company in Mumbai. The driving force is the General Manager. We often used to catch up for a quick smoke and as you would know that’s the best opportunity to network with seniors. He is a real BIG guy. He has worked with several banks over the period in almost all the functions. There is not much left for him that he hasn’t done in banking world. But he suffers from high Blood Pressure and equally high diabetes. He has lots of responsibilities to shoulder. He travels almost 20 days in a month at the age of 45. He hardly gets a chance to spend quality time with his family. Undoubtedly, he is successful yet not satisfied. This paused my life for a second. Do I want to see myself like him in the next 15 years and the answer was straight NO. I see my career was headed at the same direction. Changing job was not the solution. All paths will leads to the same destiny.  Is it the right decision?

Another person who has influenced my life greatly was my Ex-boss in my ex-company. He is a real SMART guy. He has been accredited top performer twice in the country. But what was he actually doing. “SELLING CREDIT CARDS” I was unsure whether he is utilizing his gift in the right way. Has he taken the right decision?

Mumbai really offers the opportunity to network with really some intelligent and successful people in India. As said, a man’s net worth is determined by his network. Often observed that people are motivated by success of others but my situation was different. I was motivated to do more by seeing the failure of others. Failure doesn’t necessarily means in terms of money. But peace & more importantly, time in today’s world. Is it the right choice?

We can to a certain extent evaluate our options based on the pros and cons. But no one can say for sure how the decisions will back-fire unless you take it. I have reached the point in life where my credit card is maxed out and I’m on the verge of losing my present job. I have EMI’s to meet and commitments to fulfill. In a nutshell, I’m screwed, substantially. But one thing is sure. Problems are not ever-lasting. There is always good news at the end of the road. My hope was not yet dead.

I was always scared when my train/bus enters a tunnel. Because it’s dark and there is no surety whether I will be able to make it to the other side. The only source of motivation is dim light at the end. I’m inside the tunnel now. I could see hope at the end but I need to keep going to make it till there. I realize courage is to do what you are afraid of doing. There is no courage until you are scared. It’s OK to be scared.
I urge the readers to find out their strength and weaknesses before you enter the tunnel. Note down three weaknesses & strengths and be honest with yourself. It’s OK if your weaknesses are outnumbering you strength.

Mine is below:

Strength
·         My witty communication skill
·         High level of confidence
·         Ability to assess situation quickly and react instantly

Weakness:
·         Over-confidence
·         Wavering focus
·         Procrastination
I’m sure you would have realized yours.

I have heard about people making money online. But never believed in it because for me earning means to work day and night in an enclosed office and getting paid at the end of the month. Luxuriously, sitting at home and doing stuff online was never a choice. Until I was proved wrong. I was introduced to a marketing system called Carbon copy Pro which guides you to “sell” products online.
Selling was always a painful task because it requires convincing. But if you analyze it is a scientific process comprising step-by-step task to be performed to close a deal. It was often believed that some people have the knack to sell better than the rest but no more. The biggest secret was available online. I know I will sound ridiculous but I stand by my words. I will not try to sell an idea or concept but strongly urge you to experience it yourself and then “DECIDE”.

It is often difficult to trust an article or a random post because often it’s misleading. I had the same pre-conceived notion. Unless I took the chance and thankfully I did. I will say no more but let you explore the power of internet and an excellent system called Carbon Copy Pro. For a brighter tomorrow log on to http://www.write-your-paycheck.com/

Emotional outburst on my First lead...

Dear Friends,

I would not like to speak about a new strategy to make money online.. But would like to share with you the emotion what I'm experiencing on receiving my FIRST Online lead.

I'm a newbie in IM. I was introduced to this side of the world by my sponsor/mentor Mr. Akshay Bhandari. He is en route to make a fortune in IM and I wish him best of luck.

I always knew I had it in me to become an IM but I needed that little push from someone and it came from my mentor.

Yesterday, I posted my first post on warrior forum titled "Marketing for Layman from a layman
without much expectation to generate any leads.. I wasn't even sure whether I did justice to the post.. My mentor consistently kept motivating me through various touch-points. And the net result was that I had my first lead from WF in less than 12 hours.. I'm over-whelmed and cannot contain the joy within.

We are a part of a marketing system called "Carbon Copy Pro" and let me tell you guys.. It's the best thing that has happened in life.. At this point I'm financially broke still happy like never before.. I'm sure to make it big with CCP..

My earnest suggestion would be to think what you want in life and let the control system be within you and not a nasty manager who should control your fate.. Break-free and do the new...

Remember : The seed of success is already planted in you.. You need to plough to bear fruits...

If you would like to know more about what I do and why I do what I do.. Click below...

Marketing for Layman from a layman....

I have made my decision I’m not going to “Sell”. And my decision is Final. That was my notion about sales job. While I was doing my masters I was firm about not entering into “Sales Job”.  I always believed that sales is a process involving two parties and even if you put your best foot forward still there is no assurance of “closing the deal”. I wanted to work independently and gain rewards for my own effort and my reward will not be linked to someone’s “agreement”.

My dream crashed when I ended up in the business what I dreaded the most. My indecision leads me to a sales job in a premier bank. The worst that could have ever happened at the start of my professional life.  As they say “You can overcome fear only by doing things what scares you”. This happened to me unwillingly. It was God’s ploy to assist me in winning over my biggest anxiety.

I was struggling in the beginning because of my attitude towards my work. But gradually things started becoming clear. And I was gaining confidence everyday about the system. It made me realize that things aren’t as bad I thought as it would be. My small stint actually made me understand the system which I’m about to share.

Sales involve exchange of goods/services for a monetary consideration. Marketing is all other activity which supports the process of selling. A sale is a scientific process. It comprises a set of task to be performed to achieve a desired result. Marketing aids in facilitating the task to be performed. The steps in a sales process are as below:

  1. ·         Generating leads with the help of marketing effort
  2. ·         Providing information about the product
  3. ·         Negotiating the terms of sales
  4. ·         Exchange of goods for a price

The process requires a focused effort on the part of an individual at every step to close the deal. Now let me explain it with a simple and an effective analogy. The sales process is like a marriage proposal. The steps are detailed below.

STEP 1: Generating leads

First you need to assign parameters for the person who you want as your life-partner (Segmenting). For e.g.: Ethnicity, profession, religion, caste, size etc. Similarly in a sales process you look for a market segment to position your product. Segment in a sales process can be based on geography, Income-class, profession, gender etc.

The following options are available to get leads for marriage, he/she post an add (advertisement), ask a friend for (references), visit matrimonial (intermediaries), ask a relative/friend (warm leads).  Similarly, in sales process different marketing strategy is adopted to target different market segments.
Later, the prospective candidate is short-listed for further talks. Similarly, in a sales process, we shortlist prospective customers in the desired segment.

STEP 2: Providing information about the product

The subsequent step is communication. In case of marriage you provide your bio-data (Broachers & portfolio) or meet the prospective candidate (Direct marketing) to explore more about each other. In sales, you set-up an appointment to inform the client about the usability of your product/services with reference to the client needs.  If both the parties are convinced, we move to the later stage. And if not the process fails and we restart from step 1.

STEP 3: Negotiating the terms of sales

Any condition prior to the closure needs to be discussed. Like in case of marriage the date, venue, place of stay and any other condition. In sales, the guarantee, paper-work, mode of delivery, time of delivery and any other condition.  Once this stage is reached and both the parties have mutually agreed to the terms and condition, 90 % of the work is done. If the process fails after this point, it’s stupidity.

STEP 4: Exchange of goods for a price

On the day of the marriage every effort needs to be taken to ensure not to upset the other party. All promises made during the “talking-stage” needs to be adhered. In case of sales, the product is inspected, the agreement is signed and the actual delivery happens/promised.

The above is a gist of how marketing works. You can build on the same and think about finer point & nuances of a marriage and try to relate it with sales/marketing.

Marketing in Digital world

Internet is an alternate world where the traditional business is happening in web-form.  The process primarily remains the same but the method changes. In years to come, every transaction will happen online and it’s always better to update ourselves with the future. It was believed that sales process is predominantly a complicated sequence of events. But when it’s simplified it can be mastered by any individual with basic intelligence. Initially people were reluctant to share their business secret. But today we realize unless we don’t share we don’t grow. New ideas and concepts are introduced in the process every day. And new people are adopting the digital medium to learn and earn. So why should you stay behind?

Internet is full of junk unless you know how to identify the right from the thrash. I value human mind and the power it has to judge right from wrong. If you find my article meaningful and worthy, I urge you to explore the vast world of online marketing.

Remember Google is not the answer to all your question/problem. Sometimes you need to take an extra effort to know the truth. Let me do the extra-effort and introduced you the “fail-proof” system of online business.
